Try to watch tv shows and movies in english. Documentals, games and speeches are useful too. Check also scientific papers if you are studying.

you'll read english over 10 hours a day and understand it.

I think you have that backwards.
Watch tv/film in English with Japanese subtitles and you'll understand it.
It's also the best way to familiarize yourself with English idioms other than speaking with natives for a protracted period.

English grammar is baby level, vocabulary is where most of the problem lies.
First japanese audio and english subtitle, then english audio with english subtitle and then english audio.

If you do that 10 hours a day, you'll be able to jump to the next steps every 3 months or so. so that makes it 9 month to learn english.
